Sendero Marketplace is a unique retail amenity with a range of small to mid-size commercial uses sharing a California friendly landscape that complements both the architecture and natural surroundings of the community.

The irrigation system was designed to utilize recycled water incorporating smart irrigation controller technology with weather based programming, flow sensing control, and two-wire decoder technology. This was complimented with efficient irrigation application methods that conserve water and simplify management.

Construction documents incorporated multiple phases of installation with consideration for several ownership entities and divisions of maintenance responsibility that streamlined the coordination of installation and management.
