A WORD FROM OUR PRINCIPAL
Water Concern is excited and honored to be the 2020 recipient of the Excellence in Irrigation Honor Award from the American Society of Irrigation Consultants.
We collaborated with the Irvine Company to create a custom system to blend potable and recycled water to minimize salts and chlorides for irrigating large specimen Redwoods that were preserved at a new office campus in Santa Clara. This also allowed the system to stay within the water allotment per the Model Water Efficiency Landscape Ordinance.
The tree health has improved, and it is all about the trees…
We would like to acknowledge the Irvine Company, Burton Studio, Garn Wallace with Wallace Labs, Daryl Green with Green Product Sales, and Brightview Landscape for their efforts and collaboration in making this system a reality.
